Model Ship Master guarantees that every item on this website is truthfully described. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, please contact us for a return authorization.  If the item is returned in its original condition and within two week of the date it arrived at your place, you will receive a prompt replacement or a refund of the model's price.  All model returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover our costs of repacking and credit card fees. 

Please be advised that for one-of-the-kind models in "special models" section, there's no return.  So buy at your risk.
