LIMITLESS superyacht

The mega yacht Limitless was one of the worst-kept secrets while under construction.  Leslie Wexne--the owner--started a clothing store in his twenties, called The Limited. It was a success and in two years time Wexner owned three stores. The Limited continued to grow and in 1969 Wexner took Limited Brands public to finance further expansion. The company continued to expand with acquisitions as Victoria’s Secret in 1982 and Abercrombie & Fitch in 1988. Leslie Wexner also owns one of the largest art collections in the World, including a $40 million Picasso painting.  He is founder of the Wexner Center for the Arts.

One of the many no-compromise features of the Limitless was a 25-knot speed; Anything less would mean that the yard would end up owning it.  The swept-back transom gives the illusion of being underway while at rest.  Limitless has several unique features including an F-16 joystick control at her helm, a "dolphin cam" in her bow...  At the time of build superyacht Limitless was the largest American owned yacht. Show Boats International in 1998 awarded Limitless as the Most Innovative Motor Yacht.

Like all of our superyacht models, this Limitless model has the following qualities:

- Plank-on-frame, hollow hull construction, weighing less than 10 lbs (A solid hull of this model would weigh over 40 lbs, requiring 2 people to handle and a fortified table to accommodate.)
- The hollow superstructure is comprised of many individual thin pieces of wood glued together, not several solid pieces of wood stacking on top one another.
- Windows are cutouts (not black decals), thanks to the hollow structures.
- >99% of parts are wood and metal.

48" long   x 18" tall (including base) x 7" hull wide

                                                                                        $4,900    S & H is $150

World’s 100 Largest Yachts 2008 #14: Limitless
By Diane M. Byrne, Power & Motorboat Magazine

#14: LIMITLESS —315'8"
If the largest yacht to fly the American flag from her transom is too rich for your blood—she'd easily cost a few hundred million dollars to build today—then how about a $3,900 scale model of her? It's yours if you visit ModelShipMaster.com. (Shipping and handling are extra, of course.) Too bad the model doesn't include replicas of her mahogany tenders, which were built by Serenella in Venice, Italy. Limitless belongs to Leslie Wexner, head of retail giant Limited Brands (which owns clothing shops like The Limited and Victoria's Secret).
