ALBIN NOVA 33

Nova is a 33 foot yacht designed by Peter Norlin for Albin Marine.  The idea was to attract Albin Ballad owners, who was very happy with their boats, switching to Albin Nova.  Albin Nova 33 is a very nice boat to sail.  Slow movements and moderately stiff but not dumb.  The boat was made 1981-1987 and 1988-1990 in Visby on Bianca Shipyard in Denmark.  Today, there's no new production. There is not much that separates the different vintages, suggesting a good basic design.

Albin Nova has more volume in the hull than other boats of the same length, despite a relatively narrow hull.  It has a spacious lounge with good height.  The forward cabin is spacious and big enough for two adults.   On the port side is a kitchenette with Cooker with oven, refrigerator, sink and vanity surfaces.   Albin Nova is well represented at the club regattas around the country.

We offer this primarily wood Albin Nova model  in two sizes:

22" long  $2,500  Shipping and insurance in the USA included. Other countries $250 flat rate.

30" long  $2,900  Shipping and insurance in the USA included. Other countries $300 flat rate.

Model is built per commission only. We require only a small deposit to start the process. $500  The remaining balance won't be due until the boat is completed, in several months.
