When delivered by Heesen in 2017, HOME
became the first yacht to combine Van Oossanen's
super-efficient FDHF hull design with hybrid propulsion.
This means lower emissions and fuel costs plus reduced
vibration and noise.
Truly one of a kind, HOME wows with attention-grabbing
lines and state of the art hybrid propulsion. HOME's
unique electric "Quiet Mode" allows comfortable,
effortless cruising like never experienced before. She
registers 46 decibels of noise in the owner’s suite -
the equivalent volume level of soft rainfall. Her
shallow 7-foot draft means guests can enjoy the luxury
of a large yacht in the quiet, secluded areas normally
only accessible to smaller vessels.
Exterior styling comes from Frank Laupman of Omega
Architects, who has penned the striking superstructure
and an almost vertical bow, which will reduce vertical
acceleration, thus improving on board comfort. More like
a beach villa in style, with nature all around you. This
effect is enhanced by cutaway bulwarks and
floor-to-ceiling mirrors that help to bounce light
around the spacious interior.
A roomy sun deck has sun loungers forward
with glass screens to shield the breeze and deliver the
views, a jacuzzi aft and a stylish sit up bar with
designer lounge shaded by the hardtop in the middle. The
upper deck's casual sky lounge has beanbags, day beds
and teak decking that, together with the glass walls and
sliding glass doors, link the space seamlessly with the
open air dining area aft.
Her stand out styling by Omega Architects
features floor to ceiling glass in the main living areas
and the full beam master cabin. This cascades natural
light onto clean, contemporary Ibiza style interiors by
Cristiano Gatto as well as creating a soothing
connection between inside and out.
HOME accommodates up to 12 guests in six beautiful
staterooms. She offers a spacious, full-beam fitness
center on the lower deck plus onboard yoga instructor.
